2 Pound Flank Steak
1/4 c. Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 c. Vinegar
1/2 c. Soy Sauce
1/2 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Oregano
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
2 Tablespoons Chopped Ciilantro
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Lime Juice (fresh if you have it)
4 or 5 Cloves Garlic

COMBINE ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A ZIPLOCK BAG AND PLACE THE FLANK STEAK IN THE BAG. MARINADE ALL DAY WHILE AT WORK OR PREPARE THE NIGHT BEFORE AND MARINATE OVERNIGHT.

WHEN YOUR READY TO COOK, SET THE OVEN TO 375 DEGREES AND BROIL FOR 15-18 MINUTES. TURNING THE MEAT EVERY SO OFTEN EVERY 6 TO 8 MINUTES.
