Happy Monday! Can you believe it’s August already??!! How did that happen, the months are just flying by. I know it’s been some time since you last heard from me. I took some time for myself, to re-group, re-center and re-evaluate a few things for the blog and just with myself. I can’t stress to you all enough how important self-care is, I’ll be talking about self-care in a separate post. But it’s important to always take care of yourself in all facets. Whether it be physically, emotionally, mentally, whatever the case is, do you and be good to yourself. Being good to yourself and give yourself and your body the love and care it needs. It’s not only important but it good for your overall health and of course your soul as well. Just something to think about.
Anyway, here are a few quotes, mantras and songs that keep me going throughout my days. If ever your feeling down, lost, undetermined, unfocused, unmotivated find meaningful quotes, music or even mantras that will help you through your days. Working out can be a great source of release as well. Great stress reliever as well as a mind clearer. Plus, it gets those endorphins going and those happy, positive vibe radiate out of you. This can also do wonders for you as well. A breath of fresh air and getting outside is a great thing to do for yourself. It clears the mind, and helps you re-center your thoughts.
These quotes, mantras and songs have done wonders for me and I hope they can do the same for you. They help me get through those tough days, challenges and any bumps I may be facing at the time. They help me stay positive, keep focus on what’s important, motivate me, inspire and keep me staying determined always. For me, quotes, music and certain mantras have helped me get through a lot of my darker times and moments in my life. I also lean on the support of my amazing, loving husband, family and friends. Having a strong support system is also crucial to help you get through those tough times. But know you are never alone, and we all go through it in our lives. Just remember we will all get through any challenges, obstacles, struggles, bumps, hurdles that life throws at us. Another way to help you get you thru your days is always staying positive and optimistic. I can’t stress this enough. When you shift your mindset, and just give out and spread only positive thoughts and vibes it can do wonders on your overall attitude on life and any challenges you may be facing. I know this isn’t always easy at times, we are human and we can falter sometimes and have moments of doubt and uncertainty within ourselves. But we must try and create and believe in ourselves and the positive energy we possess. We all have it in us, we just need to harness it, spread it and believe in it. Anything is possible, just remember that.
Lastly, another great way to stay positive and help you through anything is the power of prayer. Turning to God or your choice of worship can help keep the momentum and positivity going for yourself. Don’t underestimate the power of prayer, God is always listening and watching. He will always send a sign and listen to our prayers. God is good, I truly believe that.
