SFB Goes to The Stand NYC

After another fun-filled busy day on Day 5 of NYFW, it was time to unwind and switch gears. My husband and I went to enjoy a nice dinner and comedy show at The Stand. It was a great way to end the evening and shift gears for a second and enjoy a laugh or two with great food and drinks to pair with the evening.

Known as the “Best Comedy club” and venue in NYC, The Stand is the perfect location to enjoy mouthwatering dishes and innovative cocktails. All who venture into this establishment is sure to have a good time. They pride in only providing superb hospitality and service while also showcasing only the best talent out there on one stage every night. Famed comedians such as: Dane Cook, Bill Burr, Artie Lange, Gilbert Gottfried, Colin Quinn, Judah Friedlander, Janeane Garofalo, Nick DiPaolo and more – as well as the funniest up-and-comers in NYC have graced the stage at The Stand a time or two.

So if you’re looking for a good time then visit the The Stand, where your guaranteed an amazing time laughing and enjoying every minute of your visit! I can tell you this from experience, this is one place you’ll definitely want to check out if you haven’t already.

Jalapeno infused Alacran tequila with mezcal, agave, grapefruit and fresh lime

My husband and I enjoyed their cheeseburger dumplings  and mini crab cakes to start. For our entrees: My husband enjoyed the Miso Glazed Salmon, I had the Chicken Paillard and we both shared a side of Truffle Mac and Cheese. The food was too good, we were sad we didn’t have room for dessert. We will definitely come back to try a Stand favorite: the Salted Caramel Pretzel Bread pudding. It just sounds heavenly! Let me tell you first hand, hands down the food was not only tasty but ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Special Thanks to The Stand and Sally Shan for such a fun-filled evening!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Stand and will definitely come back soon!
